Package: centericq Version: 4.20.0-4 Severity: normal Hello,
there is a problem with the cursor position when pressing german umlauts using utf-8. When I press an umlaut key, the umlaut is written, but for each umlaut the curser is set one space too far to the right. I'll show you some strings where '_' is the cursor: normal: 'abc_' now pressing an umlaut: 'abcö _' more umlauts: 'abcöööö _' now pressing a normal key: 'abcööööa _' now pressing backspace: 'abcööööa _' and pressing key b: 'abcööööb _' backspace removes the last char but does not print it to the screen. Also there are no spaces in the string but the cursor act as if there are what is very confusing. The bug only occurs with utf-8 and centericq-utf8 started. centericq with iso-8859-15 works fine.
