No, they simply aren't there ... :-)
I don't have (AFAIK) or need OpenGL on that box, it's serving remote
sessions via VNC. Ok, my fault for installing the kitchen sink
package, but when I uninstall libwine-gl it doesn't work either.
Then you should also uninstall any libgl1 packages that may have gotten
installed (libgl1-mesa-glx and friends, maybe), otherwise wine will try
to set up the OpenGL visual.
