Fix now checked in to CVS, and a new stable release expected soon (as soon as I've sorted out with Nicolas which fixes need to go into Sarge and how).
If you're a frequent user of Zile you may also be interested to test the 2.2alpha series. Of course there will shortly be a new release of that too containing the fixes for the bugs you reported. And your fixes have also been added to Zee, my experimental Zile-based editor... Thanks!
