It seems this bug may not be a problem anymore.  jack 3.1 encodes OGG
Vorbis files and adds bogus years and genre, but after encoding the
file, it *always* tags the OGG file again... and here it only puts the
info in we have, so there's no bogus year or genre anymore.

If you can confirm this, and confirm that it's also true for MP3
(which I think it is), you can change this bug to request the oggenc
command line which jack calls to be simplified (all this passing
song title/artist/etc isn't needed anymore).
