Hi, The luatex reference manual, installed in /usr/share/doc/luatex/luatexref-t.pdf, is unfortunately not findable by texdoc. I fixed this for myself making a symlink to it in my HOMETEXMF/doc directory, but I think it would be better if the luatex package shipped with a link to luatexref-t.pdf under either /usr/share/texmf-texlive/doc or /usr/share/doc/texmf.
