I've tried dpkg -r and dpkg -P but the problem is still there.

*For the dpkg -r :

And the status of the "mailscanner" package :

"Package is in a very bad inconsistent state - you should
reinstall it before attempting a removal.". So, of course, I can't
reinstall[1].
