Ok. I'll test it with my program. It uses Qt + ODBC to connect to 8.0
through 8.3 versions of postgres. I've been using version 8.1.2 for the
windows port of it, but at least with windows port, it breaks when
connecting to 8.0 database. Namely, setting SET CONSTRAINTS ALL DEFERRED
in transaction fails, silently. I haven't tried with 8.0 postgres in
Debian though - just tested with 8.3 server and then it worked (current
Debian version)

I've updated to 8.3.1 on Windows. Connection to 8.3 and 8.0 both worked.

Ok, will do. Can you provide the link to SVN?

Thanks,
