The intention of rsync is to be able to copy a set of files as they are,
not as they're listed in some perhaps out of date file. Additionally,
perhaps not all info is available through the ls-lR file, e.g. what
files are hardlinked together (even if inode numbers are shown, the
ls-lR file could span more than one filesystem, leading to duplicate
inode numbers that aren't linked).

I don't expect ever to see an ls-lR file being used, hence tagging this
bug "wontfix".
