Thanks for the info. Yes this alternative handling is needed as there is
also totem-xine-audio-preview.
Though this does not remove the bonus of adding gstreamer0.10-tools and
removing mp3-decoder ! The later is confusing as the mp3-decoders or
vorbis-tools are suggested by all post back from 2005 (though they are
the only to shows up in google if you looks for nautilus sound preview).
Here is a patch to fix the control.in .
Could you clone the bug to totem for them to add the alternative for
totem-audio-preview ?
If not I ll make an attempt this evening but it s been such a long time
I have not interacted with debbugs ...
