Please give details. How big it is? For me,
/dev/hda2 33G 14G 17G 46% /home
and recoll works fine!

I can't reproduce it here. recollindex will obviously take time and it will
take good amount of space for indexing in your harddisk.

|was swapping heavily). I suppose that recoll could have been trying to
|shut itself down. However, in the minute or so between the initial kill
|and the final "kill -9", the system was able to start top, bring up a
