Hello: At last I can confirm this is finally working. You need to set the host as http://apt-cacher_host:3142 and then you have 2 options:
· Use the path_map option (apt-cacher.conf) like this:
path_map = debian ftp.de.debian.org/debian
· Use this information in the mirror host path:
/ftp.de.debian.org/debian
In summary, this has been more of a problem "between the chair and the
computer".
