Sorry, Clint, it's been a few years and I've moved on.  I've long
since gotten rid of the original db.

Honestly, for anyone with more than a few dozen messages per day
coming in (spam and not), it only takes a few days of auto-training
(bogofilter -u in a procmail recipe or what have you) with manual
correction to get decent filtering, followed by about two or three
weeks of regular checking of the bulk mail folder.  The solution was
to just start over and it worked out fine.
