Bug#469701: update on reverse dependencies

Hi,

for your information: ignoring m68k, we are down to the following  
reverse dependencies on octave2.9:

** shogun-octave on arm: octave2.9 (>= 2.9.17)
** qtoctave has on armel: octave2.9
** octave-plplot on mipsel: octave2.9 (>= 2.9.18)
