When I want open any html page from internet, is 5 - 10 % chance that I get announcent that Epiphany is off-line and have to make Epiphany on-line by menu.I use Epihany like default browser so this fault ? sometime become when I want open any html throught another programs like Evolution mail, Liferea Feed Reader, but I saw this fault even when I click on any link of just open web page. This problem was sent on http://bugzilla.gnome.org too.
