Package: emacs22-el
Version: 22.1+1-2.3
Severity: normal

`open-tls-stream' cannot establish connection unless `gnutls-bin'
package is installed.

My jabber.el stopped working today. I've narrowed the problem to
`open-tls-stream' function unable to connect with
"openssl s_client -connect %h:%p -no_ssl2" command.

Feel free to contact me for any additional details.
