Old homepage is http://www.worldvisions.ca/~apenwarr/apmd/ This is for example referred to directly by http://packages.debian.org/stable/admin/apmd It also appears locally with a user in documentation. The problem affects much more than Debian. (Google search on above URL) Appears in HowTo, Ubuntu, to do with arcnet and so on.
