  Developing documents using text input forms in a web browser?  Yuck!
 That's not what I'd call progress, but as we say in here in Norway:

  I disagree, see for instance section 4.1 for how to intergrate with
 the web server and chapter 2 for placement of the files.  The latter
 doesn't yet have a suggestion for files like the ones Munin creates
 though;  I'll make sure they know that the draft is lacking in this
 regard and I'm sure they'll handle it before the final version.

  That's your loss.  You may easily change the "htmldir" setting in
 munin.conf to whatever location you prefer, though.
