Patch #23 ("mpg123-http-seek") in newest release causes artifacts in streams
from actual streaming servers.
Backing it out (along with "28_all_mpg123-vorbis-ssl" and "50_ipv6_fixes",
since they don't apply cleanly) fixes the problem.
