Hi,

The bts command has the feature that one the Subject line is over 100 chars,
it will add an ellipsis to the subject and not more commands. However, this
ellipsis is added for every omitted command instead of just once. This
obviously still reduces the size of the subject but does not limit as I guess
was the original intention. It would be better to just add the ellipsis once.

This behaviour is demonstrated in this message:
http://lists.debian.org/debian-policy/2008/03/msg00070.html

Perhaps the mailbts sub could have a static variable that stores whether the
ellipsis has been added and only add it if that variable is still false.

cheers,
Thijs
