Package: cgiwrap Version: 3.9-3.1 Severity: normal Although the cgiwrap package includes three conffiles in /etc/cgiwrap, they are removed straight away by the maintainer scripts on a fresh install.
Apparently the preinst test 'dpkg --compare-versions "$2" lt 3.9-2' unexpectedly succeeds when $2 is empty, triggering the upgrade logic. Fortunately the shipped files contain only comments, so this is not a very big loss.
