I'm not convinced that it actually makes sense for kxterm to have a
desktop file, since to the best of my knowledge kxterm is only meant to
be called from other programs (in particular, paw++ and user-built
applications using the GEANT3 library/framework) and not directly by the
user.  (An argument could hence be made that the kxterm binary belongs
somewhere other than /usr/bin, but putting it outside of $PATH would
make things difficult for the programs that want to use it.)  I also
removed the Debian menu file for kxterm as of cernlib 2006.dfsg.2-6, for
the same reason.

Would you happen to know if the person who submitted the desktop file
had a reason for it other than "every GUI app should have a desktop
file" ?  If there is a use case for someone starting kxterm from the GUI
or command line with no parent application driving it, I'll be happy to
add it, but I'm not aware of one right now.
