Package: hpodder
Version: 1.0.3
Severity: normal

When resuming an incomplete download, hpodder is reporting a download rate of
6MB/s at first. It drops slowly as the download continues. I assume its using
the whole file for bytes, but only this attempt's time in the calculation. The
time remaining is similarly affected.

In case it matters to reproduce this, I filled a partition, then killed hpodder
and restarted it.

Thanks,
Cameron
