Package: cython
Version: 0.9.6.12-1
Severity: normal

I have a project in a directory with
.../lib/muscle.pyx
.../lib/muscle.pxd
et cetera

My setup.py is attached below. When I make a source
distribution, it is created without the .pxd files:

$ python setup.py sdist
$ tar tvzf build/.....tar.gz | fgrep pxd
yields nothing.
