Could you please get together and add this at least to gnome.mk? It hurts Gnome users resulting in application crashes. (Now I don't agree neither that applications should crash upon missing icons, but still it is the case with e.g. f-spot.) The icon caches already *get* generated, so not updating them is wrong.
