Hello,

when I create a directory with localized name and try to diff files in that directory, I get a "No such file or directory" error.

See:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/tmp$ mkdir ď
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/tmp$ xxdiff č ď
xxdiff (util.cpp:493):
Cannot access file: č
IO error: No such file or directory
