The defaults mimic the layout of the official Debian archive from when
I last looked. This had uncompressed Packages but no uncompressed
Sources (most likely because Sources were only added later).
Since etch Debian no longer has uncompressed Packages files, so
reprepro's default will likely change in the near future to not have
unpacked Packages, too.
