Package: xfwm4 Version: 4.4.2-2 Followup-For: Bug #463647 Hi,
I've just upgraded my sid box and realized that I forgot to hold my locally built xfwm4 that included the patch mentioned above (which is upstream svn revision 26060, anyway), that was making awn working properly. The problem is that awm always requests to be raised, but it does not need to receive the focus (and indeed sets itself as WINDOW_TYPE_DONT_FOCUS so WM's don't pass the focus to it). xfwm4 does not test for this property and always puts the focus in awm, making it impossible to focus any other window. The mentioned patch adds a check so xfwm4 does not put the focus in awm. It would be nice to include that patch in the package.
