Done that replace. Also I changed that to say
"http://ftp.debian.org/debian"; in the pbuilderrc that will be
installed as an example *and* in /usr/hare/pbuilder since with that
change pbuilder wouldn't have worked if there was no /etc/pbuilderrc
at all.
http://ftp.debian.org/debian is not a good default, since it only has
i386 and amd64, and breaks all other arches.
OK, I have also fixed this for the noninteractive default case.
I also updated the Romanian translation to be back to 100%.

Merged. Could you in the future not edit the debian/changelog, and
make commit logs meaningful? git-dch is used to generate
debian/changelog since debian/changelog always conflicts.
