Because correcting it is a total mess. Xorg has changed the ABI and vnc4 need
xfree to build. This in combination with that it takes ages to build the
package makes it rather hard to solve. I can probably do it but I'm focusing
on building xf4vnc that actually have xorg as a base instead.

It is a part of the vnc4server package.

dpkg -L vnc4server | grep bin
