Hello,
While working on RC bugs I ran across xbvl. Please see the following
reasons for the removal request:
* Low popcon. (36 installs).
* Orphaned package.
* Upstream URL no longer valid and unable to find new source of package.
* Packaging issues. (Upstream tarball includes debian dir).
* Package is seriously out of date.
