Package: distributed-net
Version: 2.9013.498-3
Severity: normal

Hi,

Every Sunday morning, cron sends an email to root containing:

"/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
Hangup"

This is caused by /etc/logrotate.d/distributed-net, which calls
"/etc/init.d/distributed-net reload >/dev/null" in its postrotate
script.

The line 'su daemon -c "$DAEMON $OPTIONS -restart"' in the init.d script
outputs "Hangup" to stderr.

Regards,

Roger Lynn
