I run stable because, well, it's stable. I'm sure packages will not
break with silly upgrades for new features. So I run the same
distributions for several years!
As Teemu pointed out, correcting a stupid little thing in a man page has
no influence at all on the stability of the program.
Not correcting it, however, makes what was originally just a small
glitch become an increasingly annoying bug. For almost a year now, every
time I need to look something up in this man page, I have to fight
through the gibberish to read the text. It makes me increasingly mad.
When I had first encountered this bug, I was sure that such a trivial
detail would be corrected in the following days.
So please, fix this in stable.
Or at least someone post instructions on how to fix that man page
manually on a stable system, without changing anything else.
Thank you
