Bug#354179: apt-watch: opinion on icons

Though I have no opinion on the icon itself I do think that whichever it 
is it should have a transparent background.

At this time it appears to be using the system background information 
despite (my) panel is setup to be transparent.

Was not sure if this was to be in this bug, my apologies if it shouldn't 
have.
