Hello, the fact that /sys/class/scsi_host/host0/link_power_management_policy does not work with "echo -n" is especially annoying since there are other options which only work with "echo -n" (e.g. devices/platform/i8042/serio1/sensitivity; trackpoint on thinkpads). One way to bypass this issue is to use "echo -e -n" in line 48 of /etc/init.d/sysfsutils and then put the following in sysfs.conf: class/scsi_host/host0/link_power_management_policy = min_power\\n
