Package: git-core
Version: 1:1.5.4.2-1~bpo40+1
Severity: serious
Justification: no longer builds from source

Well, when starting the build from a umask 077 environment, numerous
files in the resulting package are 0600, which makes it mostly unusable.

I have not explicitly tested whether this applies to the non-backport
version, too, but I don't see any reason why that should differ for
a backported package.
