Hi, I'm using Debian lenny and tested it with gnome & Kde desktops. For the first part of the bug it has been fixed when upgrading to version 2.4.1-12. For the second part of the bug, it still remains when using kde: I see two viewmol entries as there're two visible viewmol.desktop files for kde: aula1-pro:# dpkg -L viewmol|grep viewmol.desktop /usr/share/applications/viewmol.desktop /usr/share/applnk/Graphics/viewmol.desktop Regards.
