Package: shorewall
Version: 4.0.9-1
Severity: normal

I just did an apt-get upgrade which involved shorewall. After the upgrade, I
started getting email about needing to run fetchipac -S. Running this, I get a
message that libipt_standard.so is missing. That shared object library is
attached to the iptables package. But that file is not present in the i386
version of the package, or in a few of the other versions (I didn't look in all
of them).

It's entirely possible that this isn't a shorewall problem, but since shorewall
works with iptables, that might be why it showed up here. I am not sure, but I
think iptables was upgraded recently as well. I don't archive that
information.
