IIRC from old discussions GNUstep does not support well dual screens, but I may be wrong. Either way, the application shouldn't crash. We would need further help from you to investigate what's going on. In case you're willing to, please rebuild gnustep-base, gnustep-gui and gnustep-back with debugging symbols and send the backtrace.
