I think the file /frequencies/pal-Australia.list is missing channels 9a and 12, it should be: [9a] freq = 205500 [12] freq = 226500 Not sure if this will fix my problems, given I am in sydney and I don't think that frequency is used but I think it should be in there :-) I am also having problems with tvtime, and their band.h file says the frequency for 9a is 203250 and 12 is 224250, which my research so far indicates is incorrect. I am using Debian GNU/Linux unstable, kernel-image-2.6.11-1-686 (2.6.11-3), libc6 (2.3.2.ds1-21) and the tv card is a generic based on a saa7134. Hopefully i can fix this before the wife kills me, because the computer in question is our main tv in the lounge. If things keep going like they are I might have to install windows......arrgh :-( Thanks in advance. John
