Oops, sorry for my hastiness. I see perl-modules 5.10.0-3 already provides libarchive-tar-perl. So the only problem is the overlapping file. I suppose the perl package should replace libarchive-tar-perl and conflict with (<= 1.38) ? The libmodule-build-perl and spamassassin packages currently have versioned dependencies on libarchive-tar-perl (>= something), where something is >= oldstable. I'll file bugs to get those removed.
