The next gkrellm 2.2.6 release (should be out soon) has some changes
for this.  The Delete button will change sensitivity to emphasize when it
can be used and the old Add button will now change labels from New
to Apply depending on if an entry is being edited or if new entry info
is being entered.  A "Change" label might be better but I'm trying to
stay in the GTK_STOCK_xxx icon domain and there is no gtk stock for
Change... Apply seems the next best choice.

I've made similar changes to the filesystem monitor config page.
