Uploaded, Not sure if 1.0-20 amd64 packages, currently in unstable, and having elanguages and the __Default entry, will produce some noise. All other arches seem to have 1.0-21, built with --no-elanguages, so there is no problem with them. In case of permanent noise I can clean up things adding some temporary code in dictionaries-common.config to unregister ifrench-gut/elanguages. Let me know.
