Dear Lior, thanks a lot for your efforts with OpenOffice. Although I now can display the japanese characters correctly in OpenOffice, I am not sure that it is because of a change of the openoffice.org packages or because I added an extra font package. I would recommend to open in a fresh install the .odt file that I attached earlier in this bug report. If OpenOffice displays boxes while Nautilus displays the characters correctly (they were pasted in the bug report), then I would say that there is a problem somewhere. Otherwise, I think that we can close this bug. I may have an opportunity to do this test this week-end. If not, do not hesitate to ping me later. Have a nice day, -- Charles
