Exprimental would be the place. Normally we do not put such things in
the Debian Horde team though.

Unstable is actually not "unstable" per see, but changing. Only
"stable" software should be added to the "unstable" distribution.
The reason is that all software in "unstable" is put into "testing"
within 10 days (in normal cases) and "testing" _should_ always be in
a state that is possible to release.
