Please beware that the changelog is primarily a changelog.
I would expect only wishlist bugs requesting the package to package the
newer release to be referenced like the above.
I recommend to highlight the actual changes in the upstream release that
caused each bug to get resolved. Like this:
* New upstream release.
+ Fixed ssh upload speed (Closes: #301732)
+ Avoid crashing if save fails (Closes: #192882)
[...]
+ Fix regex in search'n'replace (Closes: #420437)
Please note that the text in the above example is *not* just the titles
of the bugs but rewording to explain the changes solving them.
