Sure thing!

No problem.

| This is on of the possible fixes. I applied that to SVN trunk, the
| resulting packages seem to be fine and work for me. Wondering how that
| slipped through unnoticed on my system...

Me too!! And I built Rmpi and another mpi-using package against it. Very
strange!

| Anyway, I had a problem when
| upgrading to the packages build from trunk. I had to *purge* the old
| packages because the symlink was not updated. (Maybe a bug in
| update-alternatives?) I'd be interested if this behaves the same way on
| your system(s), maybe my one is just acting weird again. ;)

We may need an explicit removal in .preinst for it, just in case.

Which link was it? Which package?

| Dirk: I also corrected the dependancy on libibverbs which was broken
| too. I think we should upload because we can close two bugs. If you're
| still busy with R, I could give that a try.

I should be able to do it this eve. Good enough?

Dirk
