openbsd-inetd is shipped with /etc/init.d/openbsd-inetd, this script itself contains : echo "Usage: /etc/init.d/inetd {start|stop|reload|force-reload|restart}" xinetd diverts /etc/init.d/inetd and not openbsd-inetd.
