Hi, I'd really love to see this bug (#403181) solved. You (Anibal) have given your permission for fast NMUs. Anyway, I'm somewhat reluctant to NMU for a wishlist bug, so I'm not using the "fast" procedure. Do you have any objection to a NMU that adds the upstream-provided pkgconfig file to the pciutils-dev package?
