As far as I can tell from looking at my build logs, tar is being built with large file support, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
I expect to upload 1.15.1 later tonight. I'll then be away from home for a few days. If possible, I'd appreciate it if you'd snag the new version once it becomes available in the mirror network, and give it a try.
