Package: grep Version: 2.5.3~dfsg-3 Severity: wishlist When running $(rgrep "foo" /etc), grep hangs on /etc/splashy/splashy.fifo. Using the "-D skip" option to grep prevents this. Please make this the default for rgrep, at least. Otherwise, grep hangs inexplicably, requiring an strace to figure it out.
